How does your care team work?

Typically Elizabeth will be covering daily services and Sara covers most animals that need medication. We may occasionally cover for one another on repeat/daily bookings in cases of illness or doctor's appointments, etc. We decide who will be housesitting based on schedule and animals needing service. We will make sure you know which sitter will be providing your services. Additionally, Sara handles our communication and scheduling.

What’s included with your services?

You’ll receive a photo and brief summary for each drop-in, walk, and daycare service. For boarding and house-sitting, you’ll receive a photo and update every 24-48 hours, depending on your preference. And let’s be honest, you’ll probably get more than one photo.

What payment types do you take?

We accept payment through Venmo and Zelle, as well as cash.

What is your photo policy?

We have an IG account where we post pics of our animal friends. We may post photos of your animal or include your animal’s photo on our site. However, we will NOT post any identifying information (like location or external shots of your home) nor do not post while we are at your home (for your safety and for ours). Our post format consists of the animal’s name and something notable about their personality. Please come over to @mrsgraysmeetsdogs to meet our animal friends!

How are you insured and bonded?

We are insured and bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas - Pet Sitters International policy, which includes a care, custody, or control clause. We carry a $10,000 individual liability policy.
